🔁 1. Exchange Policy

Products purchased from our store can be exchanged in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product:
    If the product is received damaged, it can be exchanged (subject to stock availability) without any additional shipping fees.
    PrimeTech will cover all shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Product:
    If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, it can be exchanged (subject to stock availability) without any additional shipping fees.
    PrimeTech will cover all shipping costs.

🔄 2. Return Policy

Products can be returned to prime tech store in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product (Out of Stock):
    If the product is damaged and a replacement is not available in stock, it can be returned without any additional shipping fees.
    PrimeTech will cover all shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Product (Out of Stock):
    If the wrong product was delivered and a replacement is not available, it can be returned without any additional shipping fees.
    PrimeTech will cover all shipping costs.

⚠️ General Conditions

❌ Products cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

  1. The product has been opened or shows any signs of use.
  2. The product is a transparent case or a screen protector.
  3. The product is not returned in its original packaging.
  4. The product is returned without the original invoice.

📌 Additional Terms

  • PrimeTech reserves the right to cancel or modify orders based on stock availability or price updates.
  • Requests for exchange or return must be made within a maximum of 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • If the returned/exchanged product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, PrimeTech will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the product is inspected and found to have no defects, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
